More Information

Do you prescribe anabolic steroids?

No. Harley Street MD does not prescribe anabolic steroids. We provide medical supervision, blood testing, and supportive therapy for those seeking safer use, recovery, or harm-reduction options.

Can I get medical advice before starting a cycle?

Yes. Our doctors offer pre-cycle consultations to discuss risks, safe protocols, and preventive medication. We also conduct baseline blood tests to assess your hormone and organ health before starting.

What is Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) and do you provide it?

Yes. We provide prescription-based Post Cycle Therapy to help restore natural testosterone production and hormonal balance after an anabolic cycle. PCT helps prevent side effects such as low mood, fatigue, sexual dysfunction, and infertility.

Can you help experienced steroid users or bodybuilders?

Yes. We work with advanced users to monitor blood markers, manage side effects, and prevent complications like elevated red blood cell count, liver strain, or hormone imbalance. We also offer therapeutic venesection when required.

Do I need blood tests?

Yes. Blood testing is essential for safe management. Typical tests include hormone panels (testosterone, oestradiol, LH, FSH, prolactin), liver and kidney function, cholesterol, and red blood cell count.

Will you inform my GP about my visit?

No, not without your written consent. All consultations are confidential. You may choose to share your results with your GP for continuity of care, but we will never contact them directly unless instructed.

Can I get medication on the same day?

Yes. Once test results and your medical assessment are complete, prescribed medication can be dispensed through our partner pharmacy or delivered discreetly via courier.

How much does the consultation cost?

Consultations start at £200 for 30 minutes or £300 for 60 minutes. Blood tests, therapeutic venesection, or prescriptions are priced separately depending on your treatment plan.

Is the service confidential?

Absolutely. All appointments and results are handled discreetly within our CQC-registered medical clinic. No information is shared externally without your consent.

Do you offer follow-up or ongoing support?

Yes. We recommend periodic follow-ups to review hormone levels, side effects, and overall health. Repeat prescriptions and monitoring can be arranged every 3–6 months depending on your cycle or recovery plan.

What services do you provide for people using anabolic steroids or performance-enhancing drugs?

Harley Street MD offers confidential, doctor-led medical care for individuals currently taking or considering anabolic steroids or performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs). We provide safe guidance, blood monitoring, and evidence-based treatment to minimise side effects and support overall health.
