Dr Chia Tan leads the men’s health team. He is a UK-trained medical doctor with specialist experience in urology, endocrinology, sexual health, and hormone replacement therapy.
No referral letter is required. We operate a self-referral service to maintain full discretion and confidentiality. If you are transferring care from another clinic, please bring previous medical letters, blood test results, and investigation reports so we can continue your treatment seamlessly.
Your visit is strictly confidential. We will not inform your GP or anyone else without your explicit written consent. However, informing your GP is recommended for your own safety to avoid drug interaction or overlap with other prescriptions. If you wish, we can provide a letter for your GP, but we will only contact them directly in a medical emergency or if you instruct us to do so.
No. Harley Street MD is a private medical clinic. Your records are separate from the NHS and will only be shared with your explicit consent.

TRT and GH treatments are typically offered after blood test results, often on the same day if processed early.
Erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation treatments can usually begin immediately following consultation.

Yes. A £150 deposit is required to confirm bookings.
This is redeemable against treatment but non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours.
Appointments can be rescheduled up to three times within three months.

Administrative paperwork for insurance claims incurs a £50 fee.

We do not prescribe more than 3 months’ supply at a time.
